Four days of sitting in front of the TV watching the 2008 Open have left me feeling bloated and lethargic. I decided to get my act together. I’ve trawled the web for some golf fitness exercises…to tighten up my beer belly, bulge up my biceps and to get me tuned up for my next round of golf.
